Cold smoking differs from hot smoking in that the food remains raw, rather than cooked, throughout the smoking process. When Cold smoking; temperatures are kept at a minimum level.

This method prevents the honey from overheating & retains the beneficial enzymes within the honey.

Allowing the smoke from our seasoned hardwoods to infuse the honey, in a temperature controlled environment.
